Phoenix America Inc. produces magnetic products using proprietary compounds custom formulated using various magnetic materials, engineering thermoplastics and specialized additives. Combined with our injection molding processes, we can produce magnets with very accurate, homogeneous magnetic fields that has very tight mechanical tolerances making them well suited for speed, commutation, encoding, counting and tachometry applications. Three standard grades of materials allow for a wide range of air gap capabilities. Besides the standard grades listed below, we can also custom folumate materials to meet your magnetic, enviromental and durablity needs.
