COVID-19 UPDATE March 23, 2020
Phoenix America is closely monitoring the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) at a global and local level. The safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and communitity are our top priorities and we are following the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) along with federal, state and local authorities, as we institute the necessary actions to combat the spread of this virus.
Currently, our manufacturing facility is operating at near full operational levels and we have not yet experienced any significant disruption arising from issues related to COVID-19. Where possible and appropriate, some Phoenix America employees will work remotely and others are practicing social-distancing and other cautionary measures to make sure our customers are taken care of in a manner that does not jeopardize anyone's health.
We have been notified by many of our customers that our products are key parts of the supply chain for products in essential and vital industries, such as medical manufacturing, food & beverage, oil and gas, and power generation.
To our customers, we are committed to keep your supply chain in tact with our products.
To our suppliers, given our commiment to our customers, we need to know your ability to continue to support us and to maintain contact should circumstances change.
Again, to reiterate, Phoenix America is open for business and will remain open. Our teams are aligned and doing everything possible to mitigate any disruption to our business and ultimately our customers’ businesses. Should circumstances change, I will be in contact and provide an update. If you have questions about our status, please feel free to reach out to the following contacts:
Scott Mentzer: smentzer@phoenixamerica.com

This is uncharted territory for all of us and we are fully committed to make decisions that are in the best interest of our employees, supply chains, customers and communities. We are here for you, and we believe the best way forward is for us to work closely together to overcome the hurdles we currently face with COVID-19.
Take care and stay safe,
Scott Mentzer
